ABOUT SALON GLOW

Salon Glow is conveniently located in the Plumas Quail Center on the corner of Plumas and Plumb in Reno, Nevada.  We are a full service salon with 11 stylists, 4 manicurists and 1 esthetician who would love to have the opportunity to serve you.  We carry  BARE MINERALS cosmetics, NICOLAS and SEXY Hair and COSMEDIX skin care as well as many other products and gifts.  We also do high velocity wide angle Spray Tanning. Stop in and "feel the glow"!

Cancellation policy

We ask that you call us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel your appointment to avoid being charged a cancellation fee.

Appointments

Appointments may be made by calling the salon or by calling your technician directly. Some of our technicians prefer to book their own appointments so you may be asked to leave a number so they can call you back if they are busy with a client.

Confirmation calls

As a courtesy, most of our technicians will try to call and confirm your appointments a business day prior to your appointment. However, if we are unable to call or reach you, please understand that it is your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times to avoid late arrivals, missed appointments and the cancellation fee.

Children policy

Although we all love children, for their safety and for the comfort and relaxation of our other guests, we ask that you refrain from bringing your children unless they are here for a service. If you are unable to make other arrangements we will need to reschedule your appointment.

Returned checks

Any returned check will result in a $25.00 service charge plus the face amount of the check to be paid before any other services can be rendered.

Walk-ins

We welcome walk-in customers, however if it is not convenient with our schedule you may have a waiting period or need to schedule an actual appointment.

Fees

All our technicians are independent contractors and prices will vary based on many factors. We will be happy to do an initial consultation to evaluate your hair, skin or nail needs and give you a quote. All fees for services rendered are expected upon completion of services.

Please Note - Credit for salon services is not an option, including post dated checks. All checks will be deposited daily and any insufficient checks will incur a $25.00 service charge.
